2024 is a great show year - if you ask me. Showstoppers by Miu Miu and The Row come in numerous forms. My faves include in the boat shoes by Miu Miu as well as the New Balance collab sneakers, and these Mara flats by The Row. I actually got the boat shoes, ops.
Two things from Miu Miu that I like: this bag and these shoes. And these New Balance x Miu Miu suede sneakers are pretty high up there too but, unfortunately, they are sold out.

Jewelry by De Vera available upon request at The Row. Gorgeous! I have always loved unique, vintage-inspired pieces. And I just recently rewatched the Lord of the Rings (who doesn’t at least once a year?). My eyes caught the beautiful pieces of jewelry worn by Éowyn. Next time you watch, pay close attention!

I haven’t bought a coat in ages apart from some hiking clothes and one second-hand TOTEME (when did they rebrand their name?) from the early days of the brand in 2021. But I have quietly been crushing over these two classic pieces by Saks Potts. Namely, the Solvej trench and the Amalie leather coat, here worn by the brand’s model and muse Rosemarie Vind.

It is almost 5pm on a Friday afternoon so lets keep this introduction short.
Corali Jewelry is a Danish brand, founded by architect Caroline Sillesen. Her jewelry obviously has that sculptural edge and the vibe is timeless but also very now. I think the creative direction of the brand has taken a step forward recently. Also my old friend Maria runs their PR. Keep your eyes fixed on what they do! I should also emphasize that all pieces are handmade in Copenhagen. Their Swan Collier and Lago necklace are on my wish list.

Dree Hemingway is Sophie Bille Brahe’s muse for Spring 2023. The collection is called Magical Thinking and it advances Sophie’s artistic vision to a grander sphere. Think of chandelier-style pearl earrings and more magnificent diamonds. Lustrous.

Hi! It feels like a lifetime ago when I wrote the last entry. I had to remind of myself of some of the technical aspects of writing a blog post and editing images. Imagine that! Golly!
These jewelry pieces and decorative objects are part of the Line Vautrin - the brilliant 20th century French jewelry designer - collection that is currently sold here as well as at The Row London flagship store. Some of these pieces were styled as part of the SS23 collection of The Row. This rare collection was sourced by Mon Vintage.

This is my back to school post. As, in fact, I am a student again; I got accepted into a Master’s program at the University of Helsinki. It is going to a nice change, as I graduated from my previous degree over four years ago.
Now the thing is I have not purchased a bag since 2019 (and that is pretty damn impressive!). I almost feel like a deserve (and need) one. And I believe a new school bag is a thing, no? In any case I like this tote by The Row. It is by no means practical but it would last a lifetime.

The snow is finally gone and I can kind of feel the warmth of the sun. That never gets old. Anyway, this is my favorite pair spring/summer shoes of the season - by The Row, obviously. These sandals will look good for many years to come. Imagine wearing them with The Row’s Igor pants or a more relaxed pair from Saks Potts.
