The Prada Field Jacket

One again thank you Miuccia Prada for serving us with this gorgeous field jacket. This is a Prada, of course. But my favourite brand has been Miu Miu for a few seasons now - disrupting the way we dress. Miuccia is at the helm of both brands.

In my dreamiest life I would have purchased this particular jacket, but a brilliant option - and the one I got - is this one by Af Agger. If you don’t count hiking clothes, that is the first jacket or coat I have bought in some five years.

Two things from Miu Miu that I like: this bag and these shoes. And these New Balance x Miu Miu suede sneakers are pretty high up there too but, unfortunately, they are sold out.

Line Vautrin

Hi! It feels like a lifetime ago when I wrote the last entry. I had to remind of myself of some of the technical aspects of writing a blog post and editing images. Imagine that! Golly!

These jewelry pieces and decorative objects are part of the Line Vautrin - the brilliant 20th century French jewelry designer - collection that is currently sold here as well as at The Row London flagship store. Some of these pieces were styled as part of the SS23 collection of The Row. This rare collection was sourced by Mon Vintage.

Tote by The Row

This is my back to school post. As, in fact, I am a student again; I got accepted into a Master’s program at the University of Helsinki. It is going to a nice change, as I graduated from my previous degree over four years ago.

Now the thing is I have not purchased a bag since 2019 (and that is pretty damn impressive!). I almost feel like a deserve (and need) one. And I believe a new school bag is a thing, no? In any case I like this tote by The Row. It is by no means practical but it would last a lifetime.

Fairy Boots

I would say about fifty per cent of the clothes and accessories I purchase are second hand. I am Vestiaire Collective regular. I thought it would be fun to share a couple of pieces from my current wish list. I am into vintage inspired jewelry right now and that Céline bag from the Philo era has been haunting me.

Bottega Snake Sandal

This Bottega shoe might old news for those in the business, but since I have been enjoying the beach life instead of spending hours and hours on Net-a-Porter, I am only now letting you know how much I am obsessed with this shoe. They way they’ve styled the pair at Bottega - by wrapping them around the cuffs - is genius. I also prefer the flat style because, lets face it, they would be way more comfortable.

Eyes On

My obsession with highly impractical shoes has no end; the latest being the squared toe sandal by Bottega Veneta. I really love the white pair, which would totally work in any outfit!
